This is your last chance to register for the upcoming in-person launch of Never Again: Allies Speak Out Against Antisemitism in Toronto. This poetry anthology curated by Sharon Zohar features a collection of poems of allies speaking out against antisemitism and hatred.
The event will take place TONIGHT in Toronto at 7:30pm.
All proceeds will go towards Allied Voices for Israel (AVI) and our important programs to unite students of all backgrounds to advocate for Israel on high school and university campuses across Canada.
This milestone would not have been possible without our allies and their powerful stories, and we would be honoured to celebrate with you and your families and friends.
The evening will feature:
Readings from the anthology;
Panel discussion with powerful allies including author and commentator Warren Kinsella, Councillor Brad Bradford, and human rights advocate Raheel Raza;
A musical opening by Chai Spirits;
Appetizers and refreshments, and much more!

AVI Alumnus Justin Chow's inspirational poem in 'Never Again'
Never Again: Allies Speak Out Against Antisemitism includes powerful contributions from allies, AVI students and alumni such as Justin Chow and Kati Mbakulo, and others. “I need not be a Jew to see the truth,” writes Justin in his poem.
Through poetry and prose, this anthology weaves the narrative of Jewish history, struggle, and survival through the eyes of those who choose to stand beside us. It speaks to those who may not yet call themselves allies but feel unsettled by what they see in the world today—those who believe in justice, who question the narratives they are being fed, who are willing to listen.
Copies will be available for purchase at our event tonight. If you are unable to attend, please purchase your copy here.
